Job offer: Senior Business Analyst

• Senior Business Analyst    
• 6 month contract   
• Wellington based – Attractive hourly rate and Hybrid working   

Working closely with the Programme Manager Enterprise Business Capability (EBC) program, the BA will be involved in streamlining processes support and defining benefits and requirements for selecting a new ERP platform, along with providing additional business analysis and evaluations as needed. 

What you will be doing:   

• Assist in analysing, evaluating, and recommending key decisions for the program. 
• Document RFP requirements, covering both functional and non-functional aspects, for selecting an Implementation Partner and ERP technology platform. 
• Prepare documentation on business benefits for the Initial Business Case and support the development of specific sections of the Business Case. 
• Contribute to defining the strategic direction for enterprise planning, taking into account current and future opportunities and best practices from industry peers and research. 

An ideal applicant will have the following skills:  

• Demonstrated experience as Lead/Senior BA 
• Experience developing business benefits for major project or program business cases . 
• Experience in defining or implementing transformation projects, including ERP platform deployment. 
• Proven experience in end-to-end business analysis, from requirements gathering to process design and operating model definition. 
• Expertise in planning and leading stakeholder workshops to achieve tangible outcomes.
