So, what are you going to be doing?
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive market expansion and increase market share
- Identify potential customers - convert!
- Maintain your customer base through "better than the rest" account management
- Take responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and reporting
- Stay close to what is happening in the market - be aware of changes, trends, competitor activity - eyes straight ahead on the prize, but with an ear to the ground
- In time, build/train/lead a sales team that exceeds sales goals and is known for exceptional service
- a proven B2B sales professional, ideally from a plastics, packaging, precision mold manufacturing/production, or smart home device sector/background
- naturally a positive and highly self-disciplined person who is capable of working independently
- known for excellent contract negotiation skills and for closing deals
- commercially astute, intuitive and a strong communicator both verbally and in written form
- confident, calm under pressure, love the thrill of the chase and builds trust easily
- a leader, a mentor and a coach - you know how to create an environment that motivates others
