Our client has an ASAP start for a four-month customer service temp assignment.
The assignment will run through to 31 March 2025. You will need to be able to work through to 24 December, take a break, and then be back on deck on 6 January.
Hours of work are 9am - 4pm.

Key responsibilities:
- working alongside one other customer service person, be their "face" in terms of greeting and assisting customers entering the showroom
- assist with showroom duties e.g. stock placement, looking after showroom tidiness and presentation
- work alongside the sales team in terms of promoting and selling a range of products and services
- various admin tasks including: assisting with backorders, online purchases and queries, freight claims, order status updates, credits etc
- front facing customer service experience (New Zealand experience is preferred)
- hospitality as well as retail sector experience will push your application to the top
- computer literacy
- general administration experience
- a calm demeanour and disposition along with a "quick on your feet" approach to everything you do
- professional personal presentation
