They have several projects in the schools/high rise/aged care/multi residential requires a switched on senior quantity surveyor to come on board and join the team.
As a quantity surveyor you will be supported by a senior developing your experience. Typically, you will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 8+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
