We are seeking a talented  Senior Developer  for a 6-month contract in Wellington with a passion for building complex, multi-tier web-based business applications.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Java Beans.
• Experience with Struts, Spring (Spring Boot and common libraries), Hibernate, and JPA.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JSP for frontend development.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control.
• Experience with Gradle and Maven for building automation.
• Knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
• Strong command line scripting skills.
• Solid experience working in a Linux environment.
• Understanding of stored procedures in relational databases.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing concepts.
• Previous experience in API/REST development and integration.
• Proficiency in IntelliJ IDEA or similar IDEs.
