  • Temporary position, 1 – 3 months
  • Full time hours, Monday – Friday
  • Location: Wellington, CBD
  • $40.00 per hour
Our client is currently experiencing a high volume of calls and is seeking candidates who are available to start immediately or within a few days. We are looking for contact centre professionals with experience in handling difficult conversations, demonstrating empathy, and managing highly sensitive information.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, handling difficult conversations, and vulnerable or sensitive situations   
  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information  
  • Build strong relationships while demonstrating empathy
  • Maintain and update databases
Skills and Attributes Required:
  • 2-3 years of contact centre experience, dealing with difficult conversations with sensitive information. Experience answering an 0800 number would be preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and technically savvy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse audience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive individual who takes initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" attitude
