Location: Wellington
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Annual Salary package : $75-85K (depending on experience) and Company vehicle.

Beyond Recruitment is collaborating with the OCS Group NZ to recruit their next Contracts Managers, individuals who will play a critical role in overseeing contract execution, ensuring service delivery excellence, and fostering strong client relationships across various sites in Wellington.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Contract Manager to join our team in Wellington, with a strong focus on corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of services, ensuring all operational aspects of contracts are managed effectively, and upholding our high standards in health, safety, and quality. This role involves managing and motivating a diverse team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, manage the start-up of new contracts, and continually improve existing services. Address operational challenges promptly and ensure all resources, including staff and equipment, are efficiently allocated.
  • Human Resources: Manage recruitment, training, and retention of staff, ensure compliance with security registrations, and conduct performance reviews in line with company procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain service quality through regular assessments and customer satisfaction surveys. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (ISO).
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, report on financial performance, and control operating costs to ensure the financial success of the facility.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities, promote up-selling, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
About You:
  • Proven experience in contract management within the facilities services sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to operations management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to building strong client relationships.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • A thorough understanding of health and safety practices and the ability to enforce them effectively.
