Tech Background

• You must have strong experience in React, React-Native, TypeScript and PHP
• Excellent skills with React, JS, HTML and CSS
• Great foundational JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• Experience with PHP / Back-end coding languages
• An all-around ability in web and/or app development and a passion for keeping up with the latest technologies
• Good structural coding ability and an emphasis on coding standards
• Experience writing tests that bring out the best in your code

Nice to have:

• Experience with Remix or NextJS (or similar)
• Some experience within App development environments (e.g. XCode, Android Studio)

Other Key Skills

• Great analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise balancing business, customer and technical considerations
• Currently residing in NZ with a current work visa
• Autonomy to accomplish required tasks & accountability to drive our success measures
• Experience in mentoring & working with developers at all levels
• Some management experience would be nice
