About the Role
We are on the hunt for a seasoned professional systems engineer, who is an expert problem solver, with the ability to get things done expertly, to tight timeframes. Helping people is in your DNA, and you are keen to work quickly to get people back on track.

Key Requirements

• Tenure in an MSP environment or customer-facing corporate environment
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Strong Infrastructure experience 10-15+ years
• Ability to deliver under pressure, expert problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and part of a team

Tech Experience:

• Strong Microsoft experience, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure
• Strong networking experience, wireless, routers & switches, firewalls
• Cyber security, Strong understanding of best practices, MFA
• VM Ware & Citrix
• Windows Desktop or Server OS, applications and hardware
• Backup and Recovery
