Job offer: Senior Engineer (EUC)

Must Have Security Clearance (to at least confidential level)
 We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join the team and support our client in the Wellington area. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and support of the products currently in use by the client.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Extensive experience with Citrix's virtualization technologies.
• Skilled in provisioning and managing virtual machines effectively.
• Solid understanding of Citrix Workspace and its integrations.
• Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft App-V and MSIX.
• Experience in packaging applications for use in virtual environments.
• Familiarity with technologies like Citrix App Layering and VMware App Volumes.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and various server operating systems.
• Proficient in PowerShell, batch scripting, and other automation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Good grasp of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Understanding of security protocols and risk management for virtual desktops and application delivery.
• Expertise in optimizing and resolving performance issues in virtual environments and server pools.
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Citrix Director, SCOM, and Grafana for effective reporting and oversight.

Absolute must-have:

• Security Clearance:  Must be a New Zealand Citizen and have a current national security clearance of at least confidential level.
