Organisational Development Lead
You’ll be stepping into the shoes of an amazing OD practitioner who is acting up into a leadership role for the next few months.
You will lead analysis, design, and delivery of organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) solutions that grow the agency in line with its strategic objectives. A key focus is on proactively partnering with leaders, the wider People & Capability team and the Executive Leadership Team.
You’ll need to work both operationally and strategically, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to Advisors across the OD and L&D teams.
Like many public sector agencies, our client is going through a period of change – and a significant growth in mandate. With change comes ambiguity (and opportunity!) that you’ll be comfortable navigating. There are some really interesting, varied projects that you’ll deliver during the contract period. We're keen to discuss the scope of these projects with interested candidates.
