Beyond Recruitment is proudly supporting a national not-for-profit organisation that is on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to focus on expanding their business partner portfolio.
This is a newly created role suited to someone who is well networked and is excited about raising the profile of an organisation.
You won't be starting from scratch or a blank canvas - work has been and is happening in the garden city but the time has now come for someone to drive revenue growth. In time, the reach of the role will cover the entire South Island as you shape the organisation's presence.
No two days are likely to be the same - you might be meeting with a CEO, at a school working alongside a principal or educator, speaking with media, or making a presentation to potential business partners.
If you are looking for a meaningful sales role in a values-based organisation that has you working alongside colleagues who are truly passionate about what they are there to do, then this may well be the opportunity you have been looking for.

- Proven track record in building and maintaining meaningful business partnerships
- A love of the thrill of the chase to secure new opportunities but not at the expense of heart and empathy

- The ability to create your own momentum - you make things happen and get things done
