They are looking to increase their market share in New Zealand as the demand for flexible workspace continues to accelerate.
The role
In a nutshell you will be responsible for developing business partnerships at local and regional levels – you will be capable of creating your own sales leads as well as converting centrally-driven enquiries.
You will deliver new partner locations every year and be responsible for increasing revenue at significant levels.
The role will have you building relationships with investors and senior stakeholders.
Who are you?
- You need to have proven track record in B2B business development in a fast-growing, dynamic sector – experience in the real estate industry is possibly an advantage but not a “must-have”
- You are a hunter who is used to working with complex negotiations with high value transactions
- You are a self-starter who is used to self-generating leads, skilled at conversion, and highly results focused.
- You work successfully autonomously. (The line manager for this role is Australian based)
- You are solutions focused and have great research skills
- You are tenacious! Sales is in your DNA
- You take risks, work at pace and are capable of handling multiple opportunities all happening at once
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and with your written skills
- You have strong commercial and financial acumen
- You are happy with some travel being part of the role and enjoy working autonomously
