Our client has a great opportunity for a customer service expert to join them in a temporary position with a possibility of the role going permanent.
While their need for a new team member is relatively urgent, they will also consider applicants who are only looking for permanent work and need to give notice to their current employer.

So, who and what are we looking for? (the non-negotiables)
- 2+ years customer service/call centre experience (inbound and outbound)
- exposure to working with a large and technical product range (experience in one of the trades could be very useful)
- tech savvy - working in a multi-screen environment and using up to four different pieces of software: CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office 365 suite etc
- a “can do” attitude and a track record of using your initiative to get stuff done!
- reliability - you are keen and committed to work as well as owning your own personal learning
- professional and friendly manner - excellent comm skills are a must
- legal right to work in New Zealand
