Just been for a haircut at ggi salon. Left the salon so unhappy. They did not listen to what I wanted. All I wanted was a couple of inches off the ends and a trim around the front. I've ended up with awful short hair with layers and un even at the front. Extremely disappointed and would never go back.

Had a keratin smoothing treatment on Saturday. The ends of my hair are completely fried. I emailed them 3 days ago. Heard nothing. I sent another email yesterday - still nothing. No communication whatsoever. Not happy. Would not recommend to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
