Had a keratin smoothing treatment on Saturday. The ends of my hair are completely fried. I emailed them 3 days ago. Heard nothing. I sent another email yesterday - still nothing. No communication whatsoever. Not happy. Would not recommend to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
