Review Poor quality products

I purchased a computer chair from this company via trade me 7 months ago, today the plastic holding the back to the base completely snapped off so it is just a stool now, I have hardly used this chair, in the auction description they specifically claimed this chair is "Made of sturdy materials to last the wear and tear, this chair will last you for years" I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the products this company sells.
