Review Broken window and no acceptance of liability.

While working on a property, smashed a window with a piece of dirt or small stone. Outright refused to accept liability even though he claimed to have photos of the property prior to the work being carried out.
Small amounts of residual dirt in the cracks and he claimed it was pre-existing, but as far as I can tell it was a chunk of dirt that exploded on impact.
Completely unreasonable to deal with as soon as anything goes south.
It's people like Stu who give tradies a bad rap for this sort of shit.
