I took my car to CBD to have a bumper replaced and had to hire a courtesy car. When I received the vehicle it did not have a full tank, but having been told that I just needed to return it with the same level of fuel I took a photo of the level.
When I returned the vehicle with the same level of fuel I was told I could not have my car back unless I filled the tank despite having the photo of the level.
Two male members of staff made me feel very uncomfortable and that I had no other option but to do as they said.
I have tried to resolve this via email, to which I have been told that my account is clearly false and threatened with legal action.
For the sum total of $26.15, CBD seems determined to make very unhappy customers. I see from the reviews that this is also not the first time this has happened.
