Review Terrible experience

We spent 18 months trying to get plans to build a small simple house in Stoke. Elaine was always very difficult to contact. I had to go to her house multiple times to follow up as Elaine failed to return calls or emails. She only ever provided is with draft plans and always asked for more money before she would do any further work. We never received working drawings. We took her to small claims court and she was ordered to repay but at $5 a week she was let off as my father passed away
