Review of Fonko NZ Ltd

Shocking experience, we needed a part for an air conditioner in our apartment, were told they could not get the part and they went on to provide a quote for a new unit. We sourced the part ok and then asked them to install it, and they refused. Service = 0. Steer clear of them certainly not Fair Trading!
