Review of San Michelle Bags

I would never shop at San Michelle Bags again. Their products are extremely poor quality and buyer beware if your handbag starts to fall apart you better hope its within 30 days of purchase because they won't help you after that. The consumer guarantees act states an item must be guaranteed for a reasonable amount of time based on how long a normal consumer would expect that item to be in usable condition. I don't think anyone buys a handbag only expecting it to last one month! A years is more likely. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and is happy to lose you as a customer if you have a faulty product. My bags handles all came apart at the stitching after just three months but San Michelle couldn't care less. They could have easily offered to repair or replace the bag but would rather lose a customer. BUYER BEWARE! 30 DAY GUARANTEE ONLY!
