Review of Pickled Parrot Lodge

The price for a room is ($210.00). The rooms are alright but common areas; bathroom, lounge, kitchen are often very dirty. Residents are loud and party a lot. The owner is also dishonest. I over paid my rent and did not receive a refund until I lodged a tenancy tribunal against him. It was such a nuisance.
