Dancing Scissors is one of the special place in Rotorua I would definatly recommend to all visiters around the world and even local to visit .in the last few visits I had experienced the latest technology such as using Olepex in colouring and foiling which prevent any damage to hair . I would highly recommend this salon not only for their work also for their great costumer Servise .

I would give the owner 1/10 for every aspect of herself.
