Review of Ubuy Limited- Online Shopping in New Zealand

Unhappy right from the beginning, the sales agent lied to me, said goods will be delivered in 5weeks not 20, said I get a free gift that never came, after 7 weeks I called them saying where is my stuff, they said "sorry Yes our agents do lie, would you like to complain" I wanted to cancel but cancelation fees would mean I still owe them more money then the $25 per week I had already given them over the 7 weeks, they are hard to contact and have never once called me back on their text for call back number that cost for each text you send them. I would never recommend them. And their prices are twice as high then stores
