Review of Maternity Direct

I wish I had searched for reviews on Maternity Direct before I ordered some items for my daughter for Christmas. I would NEVER have placed the order!
30th November 2013 - Order placed
1st December 2013 - money debited to my card account
16th December 2013 - numerous e-mails sent in the last 2 weeks and voice messages left on an unanswered phone later, still no parcel and no response.

I get the feeling I have been scammed... and now have to look elsewhere for a Christmas gift with little time left. I read on another review site that refunds, if received, can take 6 months...
