Review of Paper Plus Johnsonville

Horrible customer service. I called up to order a product and the person I spoke to was cold and borderline rude - he obviously could not be bothered ordering in the product I wanted. I confronted him about his customer service skills (being in the field myself) and was surprised to discover he was actually the owner.

You would think people in this day and age (especially business owners) would know how important good customer service is to maintain long term customers and a sustainable business.

I will be avoiding this particular shop, because of this interaction and would recommend others to as well. Note: There is a Whitcoulls around the Corner.
