Question for Accounting Payroll Taxation Services

My wife and I bought a rental property last May and we have rented it out. we need to do tax returns for this. It's not a company. The property is in Cambridge and we have to travel down from Auckland frequently.
We get rent but the mortgage and other costs are higher.
Can you do tax returns for this and please let me know the cost.
