I have a Pacific Telephones phone PTC 202/97/017 serial no. ********
There is a lttle sticker with 1198 on it also. As I have a hands disability I have used this for a long time. The headset has started to squeal (?feedback) unexpectedly at times. Is it possible to purchase another headset?
