Question for Sellars & Co-Helensville Law Office

I want to sell the last of my fathers land at 21 Stewart Street. His name was Reginald Charles Johnson. Bruce Wyber handled the probate, I am the only executor as Chris has dementia. Do I have to transfer it to my name or can it be sold as it is. I've been paying the rates myself with no input from anyone else and do I pay out any of my siblings when it's sold?
