Question for Bioptron Animal Health

I have just obtained a bioptron machine & want to use it to treat my dogs. One has a cut on his foot pad & I thought the light may speed the healing. How long & what colour should I use?

The other is an older dog who has had a ligament injury & this flares up from time to time when he has been tearing around like a 2 year old. I used to massage it which helps. Would the light help alleviate this too?
