Question for Digitoy Electronics

I purchased a Eappo little media player several years ago model?P777 It appeared to be malfunctioning so I did a reset but everthing is now in Chinese
The manual included when purchased only goes up to page 15
Can you help re describing in settings how many lines to go down to select ENGLISH?
