Question for Elevator Inspection Services

We have just installed a water domestic lift Tauranga NZ. Is there a local service able to check to see that all has been done properly. In particular the lift has a very noticable brief vibration early in each ascent. Logan Elevators says it is normal and attributable to the a rubber fitting somewhere from the pump. Is this normal?
