I understand your company is the agent for Krups Coffe Machines in New Zealand, and I hope you can help with a technical question to my Krups X9000 Coffee machine?
I have the machine in "Stand Bye" mode, and I am unable to get the machine out of this mode, please advice how to get out of this mode.
