Opportunity for an experienced Business Partner to join a Not-for-Profit multi-site organisation on a short-term contract.

We are seeking an autonomous, experienced contractor who can get in and hit the ground running, who can travel as required and be in the office 5 days per week. The role is a strategic partner to leaders in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive organisational performance with Managers
• ER/IR management
• Union relationship management
• Talent management planning/workforce planning
• Policy development and compliance
• Drive engagement survey and culture 
• Support change initiatives
• HRIS and data analytics utilisation

The contract can be short term, and may have an opportunity for permanent if desired in the future.
