Job offer: Intermediate Client-Side Project Manager

This is a construction client-side representative consultancy is part of a wider group overseeing the management of project requirements for a range of commercial build clients. They are after a client side PM to join their team. Within the group they have their own construction company which performs most of the construction delivery work required. They have a “get it done” attitude and work fast paced.

Being supported by a Senior PM and working as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Trade procurement and negotiation to meet clients critical budget parameters.
• Creating programmes and ensuring key client deliverables are sequenced
• Onsite construction sequencing and management of trades with the Main Contractor.
• Manage client deliverables and identify/mitigate risks.

You background should include:

• Intermediate level project management of projects $10M - $50M in a client-side PM role or a PM contractor role
• Strong ability to build stakeholder engagement.
• Project programming Software experience

 Salary: $110K - $140K
