Job offer: Junior Site Manager

This is a large developer that executes their own projects as a main contractor. They have a number of projects either under construction or in the planning and consent stages with a solid level of future work on the horizon for 2025.

This is an opportunity to grow and learn alongside a Senior Site Manager working across several sites, initially on a contract for 6 months, but if there is mutual satisfaction, a permanent offer will be extended.

As a junior site manager, your role will encompass:

• Subcontractor management
• Assisting the SM and PM with day to day running of site
• Quality control and assurance
• H&S Management
• Council, consultant and contractor paperwork

Your background as a candidate:

• 1- 3 + years commercial site supervisory experience
• Ideal experience in sub structure, base builds, structural steel and precast trades and must know trade scope
• A trade background is ideal but open to other backgrounds
• Demonstrated excellent team working skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A track record working as part of a larger site team in busy work environments
• Have a developed understanding of construction processes and project parameters

In return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with a salary of between $80K - $100K + Benefits
