• Understanding of the tech industry for junior talent 
• Understanding/relationships of the NZ tertiary or high school education 
• Passion for tech trends and an interest in new ways of working in tech 
• Ability to make complex info simple
• A commitment to care and pastoral support for students 
• Growth mindset, agile mindset and design thinking methodology is a must have 
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills 

Nice to have’s
Previous teaching experience in industry or at high school preferred. 
Experience in the tech industry is preferred but not essential -IT helpdesk specialist, software developer, tester, business analyst, data analyst, IT manager, or project manager is preferred but not necessary Qualifications

• Relevant information technology-related qualification/ professional certification (ideal)
