Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Accounts Assistant with a minimum of 3+ year's experience working in an accounts role carrying out bank reconciliations with mixed currencies as our company is a worldwide company. You must have advanced excel skills including Pivot tables, V Look-ups and Sum-ifs.

Our role will see you working in Birkenhead with a great bunch of people.

You must be able to commence immediately, work 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday in the office, sorry no WFH days.

You must be available to work through Christmas and take public holidays off.

If you have experience working in a fast paced accounting role we might just have the perfect role for you. If you are friendly, organised, with a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Extensive bank reconciliations
  • Managing currency conversions in excel spreadsheets
  • Entering information into an ERP software system. Great Plans experience is advantageous but not a deal breaker.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years customer accounts experience in a similar role carrying out bank reconciliation work.
  • Strong initiative with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP packages
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Be proactive and organised
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
