About the role:
The primary objectives will include strategically overseeing the setup and management of franchise contracts, ensuring efficient and compliant operations across all levels. You will lead the resolution of complex operational challenges, design and deliver advanced training programs for franchisees and their teams and conduct comprehensive audits to uphold franchise standards. A key part of your role will involve optimizing processes and reporting to drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of client satisfaction, enforcing franchise compliance, and championing continuous improvement in operational performance. Note work will be required out of standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 1.00pm to 9.30pm.

Duties
- Contract Set-Up and Management.
- Tasks/People Management and Issues Resolution:
- Ensure staff and franchisees adhere to Health and Safety Polices.
- Deliver training programs for franchisees and their staff.
- Organize and execute regular audits of franchisee performance.
- Ensure Franchisees Adhere to process and reporting standards.
- Communicate at all levels with people of diverse cultural ethnicities.
- Good business acumen.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Franchise experience preferred.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Commercial/domestic cleaning leadership/management level experience.
- Hands on experience cleaning experience in the past.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Focus on customer service and delivery of quality outcomes.
- Competent at operating cleaning machines/equipment.
- Ability to conduct trainings and coach people effectively.
- Flexibility to travel across the Auckland & Northland with overnight stays and weekend work as required.
- Ability to work non-standard hours.
- Current and clean NZ Driver’s Licence.
