The key purpose of this role is to align regional HR strategies and operational activities with business goals and objectives.  The role acts as a consultant and strategic partner to business leaders and provides HR expertise, guidance and support to help drive organisational success. 

An exciting opportunity to work in a global contract research, development and manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of two and reports into the Chief People Officer in the UK. Where applicable the role has accountability to lead, manage develop and engage regional HR team(s) to deliver business performance and key people metrics.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years HR advisory experience in a corporate environment and with senior leaders
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience with HRIS/payroll and time management systems
• Experience managing recruitment platforms
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Proven ability to build a positive culture in line with company values

We are looking for a solutions focussed, autonomous and self-driven individual who has had previous experience in a global environment who can support site management, and sit on the site management team.
