This is a well organised main contractor that have been successful in building their brand profile in the Auckland market. They are specialists in delivering the most challenging and complex refurbishments and new build projects in the $10M - $40M category.
They have a challenging $30M healthcare project that requires the skills of a PM or SPM that understands complex services and working in live hospital environments.
As a senior project manager, you will facilitate and co-ordinate the delivery of the project. The role requires a mix of attending PCG meetings, contract admin, programme management, scopes of works, managing site staff,/site team, co-ordination and managing projects, financial/monthly reporting. It is a well-rounded role, involving hands on leadership and mentoring.
As an applicant you will have had experience managing projects within the commercial construction with healthcare projects ideal. You are tertiary qualified and as well able to manage financial aspects in conjunction with a QS. You have a stable employment record and will have accompanying glowing references. Of most importance is your communication and relationship development skills as well as your ability to lead and drive a site team.
This role offers a competitive package between $170K - $210K pending experience.
