Remuneration Specialist - contract to end of January 2025
Immediate start mid November

We will be looking for:
  • True specialist experience in remuneration management, workforce planning and HR analysis and reporting
  • A strong understanding of remuneration practices, job evaluation and salary structures
  • A strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies, tools and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – proven ability to analyse complex data and provide insights for decision making.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of employment legislation and how this relates to payroll HR practices.
  • Understanding of core human resource processes.
  • Experience working in large diverse organisations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of remuneration and reporting.
  • Compliance Orientation: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
