Opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join an organisation on Auckland's city fringe.

You will be responsible for providing leadership and operational support- partnering with management teams with the following responsibilities:

• Advice on all aspects of employee lifecycle
• Leadership coaching and development 
• Drive operational HR 
• Advise on people strategies
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• HR projects

You will need a strong understanding of all aspects of HR , be collaborative and bring innovative solutions!
