Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Rosedale.

If you have previous experience working in a marketing coordination role assisting with administration and sales support tasks we might just have the perfect role for you.

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!

Hours for our role are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with all days in the office.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Submissions

  • Graphic Design ie catalogues, flyers, presentations & brochures using Adobe Photoshop

  • Sales & Inventory ie Sales and out of stock reporting

  • PowerPoint presentations, Newsletters and price cards

  • Price lists, order forms and product info management using Excel

  • Supporting Brand and Territory Managers

  • Assisting with processing orders, answering customers queries via telephone calls and email.

  • Data Entry - Entering information into Accounting software

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 years + marketing coordination experience working in fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills

  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude

  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic

  • Initiative and problem-solving skills

  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
