The role and your daily routine

  • General servicing and maintenance to a wide variety of forklifts from small machines through to container handlers
  • Diagnostic work using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Field service
  • Minor and major repairs
  • Attending to breakdowns and call outs
  • Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date
  • Client liaison



Skills we seek - have you got what we are looking for?

  • Trade qualified mechanic
  • Positive attitude - something that fits easily in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills to explain repairs on the forklifts required to clients in a professional manner
  • Proven relevant post-apprenticeship experience working on electric, diesel, and / or LPG forklifts / materials handling equipment
  • Good diagnostic skills
  • Ability to complete major repairs
  • Focused on providing the highest possible levels of customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient and accurate worker
