A well-known organization is looking for a Service Desk Support person who loves being in the office, is quick to problem solve and diligent to keep clients up to date and the internal team informed too. This would be a great opportunity for someone to learn and grow.
About you:
- 2+ years in in a Service Desk Analyst/ Support IT Role
- Superstar at problem analysis, quick to resolve faults at first point of contact, whenever possible
- Excellent communication skills, keeping clients up to date regarding progress and any changes to anticipated resolution time.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for both hardware/software network connectivity issues remotely
- Excellent at providing first-level technical troubleshooting
- Ability to escalate of problems that are not able to be resolved at first level
- Meticulous documentation skills, and great with sharing knowledge
- User Management – account management functions incl MAC’s
- Detailed knowledge of computing architecture at the hardware and operating system level
- ITIL Certification or equivalent
