Working with the Commercial Director, the key focus of the role is to assist in managing the tendering and estimating tasks of the construction process from start to completion, the role requires precision estimating understanding margins and quality tendering. Areas of responsibility include, analysing information for the preparation and presentation of tender projects, attending meetings, identifying opportunities for growth and evaluating the feasibility of these opportunities, process improvement, and ensuring quality.
In order to be a success in this position, you must have at least 8 years of estimating and QS experience as well as knowledge of the local market ideally, understanding rates and commercial construction legislation. You are appropriately tertiary qualified.
