Opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a professional services organisation in the Auckland CBD.

The role will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by attracting, recruiting and retaining high calibre talent. You will be responsible for achieving this through supporting best practice strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment process and enhancing candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Candidate sourcing and screening 
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Support Employer Branding and EVP initiatives
  • Data analysis and process improvement
  • Onboarding and retention
To be successful in this role you will need to bring a minimum of 4 years experience, volume hiring experience and hard to fill roles experience.
