We are looking for experienced Service Desk Analyst for our client in Hamilton. They specialise in the design, procurement, implementation, and support of corporate ICT infrastructure solutions including those delivered via the cloud.

To be considered you must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service interfacing roles
  • Previous experience in a Service Desk Analyst
  • ITIL Certification or equivalent
  • Problem analysis and resolution of faults at first point of contact, whenever possible
  • Regular communication with stakeholders regarding progress and any changes to anticipated resolution time
  • Performing troubleshooting of device hardware/software network connectivity issues remotely
  • Providing first level technical troubleshooting
  • Escalation of problems that are not able to be resolved at first level
  • Documentation and effective distribution of information
  • User Management – account management functions incl MAC’s
  • Detailed knowledge of Computing architecture at hardware and operating system level
